This workshop is an immersive experience combining yoga, breathwork, and cold exposure. We will begin with a guided yoga practice designed to gently prepare the body, calm the nervous system, and open the breath. Through conscious movement and intentional breathing, you’ll build awareness, resilience, and presence.

From this grounded state, we’ll transition into an ice dip in the frozen lake of St. Moritz, using the breath as a tool to stay calm, focused, and connected. This experience invites you to explore the balance between softness and strength, surrender and control.

Make sure to bring with you for yoga:

Water, your yoga mat, a little towel.

Make sure to bring with you for the ice bath:

a robe to get dried, sandals , bathing suit, hat and gloves, and a change of socks in case they would get wet while changing, loose pants and easy slip-on boots.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.

Cancellations made up to 14 days before the start of the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid.

Participant replacement is permitted if arranged in advance. The replacement must be communicated by email and include the surname, first name, and email address of the new participant.

Full or partial refunds will only be granted in the event of illness or accident, and must be supported by a medical certificate submitted before the start of the event.
